Every product on this store is a digital file (PDF, Word, Excel or ZIP). Nothing is shipped. Payment is taken by Stripe; A3E never sees your card details.

The download page opens as soon as payment goes through, and the Stripe receipt carries the same link. Links stay valid for 30 days; after that, use Lost your download? with your checkout email for a fresh one, at any time.

Because the files are delivered instantly, returns are not possible. If a file will not open or is not what the listing describes, email [email protected] and it gets fixed or refunded.

Files are licensed for use in one business or household. They may not be resold, shared or redistributed. Templates are not legal, tax or insurance advice.
