Freight Quote Calculator Excel

From cost to sell rate in one sheet: miles, linehaul, today's diesel price and your margin go in; fuel surcharge, carrier all-in, sell rate and a ready-to-paste quote line come out. Includes a fuel surcharge schedule that rebuilds itself from your base price and MPG, and an accessorial schedule.

WHAT YOU GET

• Quote sheet: 8 inputs, 8 calculated results, and a quote sentence built by formula
• Fuel surcharge schedule: 30 diesel price bands, surcharge per mile from your base price and miles per gallon
• Accessorial schedule: detention, layover, TONU, lumper, redelivery, liftgate, tarping, with a tick to apply each to the quote
• Two files: US (miles, gallons, US$) and metric (km, litres, CA$)
• Quick-start PDF

220 formulas across the two workbooks, recalculated and checked for errors before listing. Sheets: Start here, Quote, Fuel surcharge schedule, Accessorial schedule.
